Theme: Mine Reclamation

The Symposium features a four-day program, including a networking reception, two half-day workshops, a mine tour at the Copper Mountain mine near Princeton, BC, a HudBay Minerals site, two full days of in-person and online Technical Sessions, the Annual Awards banquet, and networking opportunities.

I will be presenting my paper, “Leveraging Liquid Bio-Blends to Revive Soil Ecosystems in Mine Reclamation” (currently in review) at the Symposium, which highlights how compost extracts and teas can support the restoration of degraded lands.
